Black Pugs Shipped Out and the Campaign Comes to a Close!

Hey everyone,
So the black pugs have been officially shipped out to everyone that let me know they didn't receive them. They should be there within a week or so, so be on the lookout. If you don't get them, please just check in with me and we'll take care of it. You can contact me at [email protected].
With that, we've officially got everything mailed out to everyone! The campaign has finally come to a close. Even with this little snafu right at the end, this campaign was amazing for me. I had a great time interacting with all of you and putting together a cute, fun game that I hope everyone loves to play. It means so much that you all expressed so much interest and were so excited to back my game, and I can safely say that this will not be the last game I run on Kickstarter.
I've mentioned it a few times, but I'm currently working on two more games. The first, which you all helped choose, is Pug Time: Halloween Spooktacular. We're planning to have this game up and ready to go for Halloween 2020 (so about a year away), but it means we'll have plenty of time for playtesting, artwork, and building an amazing campaign. The game will still have a number of mechanics from the original Pug Time, but the plan is to build on those mechanics and introduce new, exciting ones themed specifically for Halloween (like the Graveyard). The other game is a deck building programmer where players work cooperatively to defeat a boss by learning the four elements. It's still fairly early, but we've gotten a few initial playtests in and things are trending well. This one doesn't yet have a release plan as I'm not sure how long it will be in design, but keep an eye out for it in the future.

The Games Have Shipped, and We Need Your Help with the Black Pugs!

Hey everyone,
So the games have finally shipped, and I've had a few people reach out and let me know they've already received it! I'm super happy to hear that, and I'm glad people are starting to get their games. I hope you all love it.
Now for some less good news. We ran into our first problem while fulfilling the orders. While some of the copies we sent out contained black pugs, we accidentally shipped out some copies that did not have the black pugs in them. We're going to need a little bit of help on your end; since we're unsure to which backers we sent the black pugs, it would help immensely if you could let us know if you did not receive the black pugs in your copy. I've created a quick survey (I just need your email you used in the pledge manager) for everyone who did not receive their black pugs to fill out. If you can get that to me, we should be able to get the black pugs to you within 2-3 weeks at most. You can find the survey here: Pug Time Black Pug Fulfillment.

I know not everyone has yet received their copy, but once you do please let me know if you don't have the black pugs and we'll get them to you asap. I'm sorry for this little screw up right at the very end, and thank you so much for your help in making sure you get the right stuff!

One Great Update

Hey y'all,
Well, we're practically there with just one step left. The games successfully made the trip over here on the boat. There was a short delay due to some bad weather and then the crazy boat traffic right after the storm subsided, but we've been able to get the games unloaded over this past week and on their way to Gamerati (our fulfillment center). Yesterday, the games officially arrived, and I've sent the list of backer information to our friends there. They're working on getting the games ready to ship out to everyone! With some luck, I'm expecting to have the games all shipped out within the next week. This means for US backers, you'll likely have the game in your possession within the next couple weeks. For international backers, it'll take a little longer as we have an extra stop along the way (going from our US fulfillment to a local fulfillment center, then to you), but the hope would be not long after everyone else.
Anyway, we'll just keep this update short and sweet. I can't wait for everyone to get a chance to play Pug Time!

P.S. We've got some great things cooking in the background right now involving pugs, candy corn, coffins, and graveyards - we'll have plenty more in a future update!
Quick Update On Surveys

Hey Everybody,
Well, I went through the process of locking the orders last night, and it bugged out on a bunch of the orders - don't worry, I took care of it and everything is all set and ready to go! You might have received an email about it, but I was able to fix it on my end and everyone that has filled out the survey has been confirmed and locked in.
In other news, the games are currently on a boat and headed to Seattle. This usually takes a little more than two weeks, so unless the boat sinks we should have the games in the US very soon, putting us well ahead of schedule.
Lastly, a few cards failed to charge when we were locking orders so be on the lookout for that if you purchased add-ons/paid for international shipping!

Hey there!
Manufacturing is all finished, and the games were sent out for shipping on Friday afternoon. We'll have them on the ship soon and on the way in just a few days, and I'll let you know once we're there!
In the mean time, we're going to officially be locking the surveys in 48 hours. If you still haven't filled out your survey (looking at 4 of you) please do so, otherwise I won't be able to get you the game. I've re-sent the survey to you four, so be on the lookout. If you have had any changes to your address, please edit it. If you're not sure how to do it, just let me know (either through Kickstarter or email at [email protected]) and I'll be happy to help.
